Join Shenita Sanders for a Sound Healing Circle
Sound healing is the use of sacred instruments such as frosted crystal bowls, gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, or voice to release energetic blockages that help to promote physical and emotional harmony.
*Arrive a minimum of 20 minutes early to sign waiver and get settled into your space. Class will begin promptly at 6pm and NO one will be admitted after doors are closed. NO refunds are available.
*Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be made available for use if needed.

Shenita Sanders is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Sound Therapist, and founder of Future Focused Coaching and Wellness. She has over 15 years of experience in coaching others on how to build deeper connections in relationships, successfully manage stress/anxiety, and build compassionate communication skills.
Shenita is a retired mental health and substance use counselor with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and families repair and rebuild their lives. She continues to do volunteer work within the recovery community teaching clients, counselors, and executive teams the importance of self-care and Compassionate Leadership.
Shenita is passionate about her work as a Sound Therapist. She enjoys playing her frosted crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes to help bring people into a more relaxed and peaceful state of being. This beautiful practice ultimately leads participants to increased emotional and spiritual health.
Shenita firmly believes in the healing power of a thriving community and loves holding sacred space for others to heal and grow. She is available for coaching sessions, community sound healings, and private sound healings at Nectar Community.
